이 약관은 파팟토(Papatto, 이하 "파팟토")가 제공하는 서비스를 이용하는 조건을 정합니다. 서비스를 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
1. 서비스
파팟토는 이용자가 페이지를 만들고 발행하며, 방문 통계와 메시지를 확인할 수 있는 서비스입니다. 기능과 플랜(Free, Basic, Pro)은 바뀔 수 있습니다.
2. 계정
Google 등 제공되는 방식으로 로그인해 계정을 만듭니다.
계정 보안은 이용자가 관리합니다. 다른 사람이 쓰게 하거나 도용된 사실을 알게 되면 바로 알려 주세요.
만 14세 미만은 이용할 수 없습니다.
3. 이용자의 콘텐츠
이용자가 만든 페이지와 올린 자료의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다.
서비스를 운영하는 데 필요한 범위(저장, 변환, 표시, 전송)에서만 파팟토가 쓸 수 있도록 허락하신 것으로 봅니다.
올린 자료에 대한 권리와 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 다른 사람의 저작권, 초상, 개인정보를 침해하지 마세요.
페이지에 방문자 정보를 받는 기능을 직접 넣는 경우, 방문자에게 알릴 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
4. 이용 규칙
이용 규칙 및 신고 가이드를 따라야 합니다. 이 약관의 일부입니다. 피싱, 악성 코드, 사기, 불법 콘텐츠, 권리 침해, 스팸 등은 금지됩니다. 서비스를 방해하거나 보안을 우회하는 행위도 금지됩니다.
5. 조치
규칙을 어기거나 법적 위험이 있다고 판단하면 파팟토는 사전 통지 없이 페이지를 내리거나 계정을 정지할 수 있습니다. 가능하면 이메일로 이유를 알리고, 잘못된 조치라고 생각되면 [email protected]으로 이의를 제기할 수 있습니다.
6. 요금과 플랜
지금은 플랜을 파팟토가 부여하며, 결제 기능은 제공하지 않습니다.
유료 결제를 시작하기 전에 요금, 갱신, 해지, 환불에 관한 조건을 이 약관과 별도 안내에 먼저 게시하고 알립니다.
Free 플랜의 한도(발행 페이지 수 등)는 바뀔 수 있으며, 변경 시 미리 알립니다.
7. 탈퇴
계정 설정에서 언제든 탈퇴할 수 있습니다. 요청 후 30일 동안은 복구할 수 있고, 이후 계정과 페이지가 영구 삭제됩니다. 정지된 계정은 정지가 풀릴 때까지 삭제하지 않을 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 보세요.
8. 서비스의 변경과 중단
서비스는 개선을 위해 바뀌거나 일시적으로 중단될 수 있습니다. 서비스를 종료하게 되면 미리 알리고 자료를 내려받을 기회를 드리려고 노력합니다.
9. 보증의 한계와 책임
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 오류나 중단이 없다고 보증하지 않습니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 파팟토는 서비스 이용으로 생긴 간접적·부수적 손해에 책임지지 않으며, 책임이 인정되는 경우에도 그 범위는 이용자가 최근 12개월간 파팟토에 낸 금액을 넘지 않습니다. 파팟토의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해, 그리고 법으로 제한할 수 없는 책임은 이 조항으로 줄어들지 않습니다.
10. 약관의 변경
약관이 바뀌면 최소 7일 전에, 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전에 서비스나 이메일로 알립니다. 변경 후에도 계속 이용하면 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
11. 준거법과 분쟁
대한민국 법을 따르며, 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 다룹니다. 다만 이용자가 거주하는 국가의 법이 소비자에게 보장하는 권리는 그대로 유지됩니다.
These terms set the conditions for using the service provided by Papatto ("Papatto", "we"). By using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
Papatto lets you create and publish pages and view visit statistics and messages. Features and plans (Free, Basic, Pro) may change.
2. Accounts
You create an account by signing in with Google or another method we offer.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not let others use it, and tell us right away if you learn it has been compromised.
You must be at least 14 years old.
3. Your content
You keep the rights to the pages you make and the material you upload.
You grant Papatto permission to use it only as needed to run the service (store, convert, display and deliver it).
You are responsible for what you upload. Do not infringe anyone's copyright, likeness or personal data.
If you add a feature to your page that collects visitor information, informing visitors is your responsibility.
4. Rules
You must follow the Acceptable Use & Report Guide, which is part of these terms. Phishing, malware, scams, illegal content, rights infringement and spam are prohibited. So is interfering with the service or bypassing its security.
5. Enforcement
If you break the rules or we judge there is legal risk, we may take down pages or suspend accounts without prior notice. Where possible we tell you why by email, and if you think we made a mistake you can appeal at [email protected].
6. Fees and plans
Today, plans are assigned by Papatto and the service does not take payments.
Before we start charging, we will publish and announce the terms for pricing, renewal, cancellation and refunds in these terms and separate notices.
Free plan limits (such as the number of published pages) may change, and we will give notice in advance.
7. Closing your account
You can delete your account in settings at any time. It can be restored for 30 days after the request; after that the account and pages are permanently deleted. We may keep suspended accounts until the suspension is lifted. See the Privacy Policy for details.
8. Changes and discontinuation
The service may change or be temporarily interrupted for improvements. If we shut it down, we will try to give notice and a chance to download your material.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is", and we do not guarantee it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Papatto is not liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the service, and where liability is found it is capped at the amount you paid Papatto in the previous 12 months. This does not limit liability for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We give notice in the service or by email at least 7 days before changes, and 30 days before changes that are unfavorable to you. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act. Consumer rights guaranteed by the law of your country of residence are not affected.
