파팟토(Papatto, 이하 "파팟토")는 페이지를 만들고 공유하는 서비스입니다. 이 문서는 파팟토가 어떤 정보를 왜 수집하고, 얼마나 보관하며, 누구와 나누는지 설명합니다. 서비스 주소는 papatto.app 이고, 문의는 [email protected]로 받습니다.

이용자가 만든 페이지를 방문자가 열 때 자동으로 기록합니다. 방문자의 IP 주소 자체는 저장하지 않습니다.

방문자가 입력한 표시 이름, 메시지, 첨부 이미지
페이지의 메시지 기능을 쓸 때 입력합니다. 방문자의 이메일은 저장하거나 페이지 주인에게 보여 주지 않습니다.
AI 생성
이용자가 입력한 설명 글, 로그인하지 않은 경우 하루 사용 횟수를 세기 위한 IP 주소 또는 브라우저가 만든 임의 번호
AI 생성 기능을 쓸 때 수집합니다.

약 30일. 이후에는 합계만 보관합니다.
메시지 대화
마지막 활동 후 90일. 단, 이미지는 7일 뒤 삭제하고, 신고된 대화는 처리를 위해 더 보관할 수 있습니다.

이용 규칙 위반 조사와 재가입을 통한 회피 방지를 위해, 탈퇴 요청이 있어도 정지가 풀릴 때까지 보관할 수 있습니다.
법령에서 더 오래 보관하라고 정한 정보는 그 기간 동안 보관합니다.
4. 처리를 맡기는 곳과 국외 이전
파팟토는 서비스 운영을 위해 아래 업체를 씁니다. 이 업체들의 서버는 한국 밖(미국 등)에 있을 수 있으며, 서비스를 쓰면 정보가 그곳으로 전송·보관됩니다.

위 업체 외의 제3자에게 개인정보를 팔거나 광고 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다. 법에서 요구하거나 수사 기관의 적법한 요청이 있을 때는 제공할 수 있습니다.
5. 페이지 방문자에 대하여
파팟토에서 만든 페이지를 열면 방문 통계가 위 1번의 범위에서 기록됩니다. 페이지 주인이 보는 정보는 합계(지역, 기기, 유입 경로 등)이며 개별 방문자의 신원은 아닙니다. 페이지 주인이 페이지에 연락처나 개인정보 수집 기능을 직접 넣는 경우, 그에 대한 안내 의무는 페이지 주인에게 있습니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
계정 설정에서 정보를 확인하고 고칠 수 있으며, 계정을 삭제(탈퇴)할 수 있습니다.
개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 [email protected]으로 요청할 수 있습니다. 가입한 이메일로 보내 주세요.
계정 설정에서 Message Emails와 Performance Emails, 그리고 Message Emails 속 메시지 미리보기를 끌 수 있습니다. 정지, 플랜, 탈퇴 같은 필수 안내는 끌 수 없습니다.
7. 아동
파팟토는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 정보가 수집된 것을 알게 되면 삭제합니다.
8. 안전 조치
접근 권한을 서버 쪽에서 제한하고, 전송 구간은 암호화(HTTPS)하며, 잠금 비밀번호는 원문이 보이지 않게 저장합니다. 다만 인터넷에서 완벽하게 안전한 방법은 없습니다.

3. How long we keep it

Suspended accounts / pages
To investigate violations and prevent evasion through re-registration, we may keep them until the suspension is lifted, even if deletion is requested.
Where the law requires longer retention, we keep information for that period.
4. Service providers and international transfers
We use the providers below to run the service. Their servers may be outside your country (for example in the United States), and using the service transfers and stores information there.

We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or a lawful request from authorities.
5. About visitors to pages
When someone opens a page made on Papatto, visit statistics are recorded within the scope of section 1. Page owners see totals (region, device, referrer and so on), not the identity of individual visitors. If a page owner adds contact details or their own data collection to a page, informing visitors about that is the page owner's responsibility.
6. Your rights
You can review and edit your information in account settings, and delete your account.
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data at [email protected]. Please write from your account email.
You can turn off Message Emails and Performance Emails, and the message preview in Message Emails, in account settings. Required notices such as suspension, plan and account deletion cannot be turned off.
7. Children
Papatto is not directed at children under 14. If we learn we collected information from a child under 14, we delete it.
8. Security
We restrict access on the server side, encrypt data in transit (HTTPS), and store lock passwords so they cannot be read back. No method on the internet is perfectly secure.

When this policy changes we update the date on this page and announce important changes in the service or by email.
